It is with deep sorrow that Dean Standish Perkins & Associates announces the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Karen Zimmer. Karen was a highly regarded personal injury attorney with long-time ties to the Issaquah area and was an influential leader in her field. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Karen and Dean “Stan” Perkins first met at Seattle University School of Law in 1983 and became fast friends. For the next 30 years, they worked closely together on cases, sharing the same dedication to helping their clients through difficult times.
Before Karen passed away, she asked Stan to take over her practice, as she knew the firm would provide the outstanding customer care that she’d always given her clients. A merger between the firms was filed, and now the law offices of Karen J. Zimmer, P.S., operate as Dean Standish Perkins.
We are humbled that Karen trusted Dean Standish Perkins & Associates to continue her practice. We would like to extend a warm welcome to Karen’s clients and her loyal associate, who has joined us at DSP.
We look forward to serving you and continuing Karen’s legacy of providing the superb advocacy you deserve.
